By subscribing to MyBalancr Pro you agree to recurring payments charged to your payment method at the interval you select (monthly or yearly). Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan at the standard rate. Each email address is eligible for one free trial only.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then and will not be charged again. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the start of their first paid subscription, during which a full refund will be issued upon request to hello@mybalancr.com. By starting to use Pro features within this period, you may be deemed to have waived this right.
If a payment is refunded or a chargeback is issued, access to Pro features is revoked immediately.
You may delete your account at any time. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately. Invoices are retained for 7 years as required by Dutch accounting law. Personal data is purged within 30 days of deletion.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email before the change takes effect for existing subscribers.
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions, except where prohibited by Dutch consumer law.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
